Subject: Swimming

Students are required to swim at least 25m of correct freestyle and backstroke. Butterfly arms with breathing technique is continued. Breaststroke technique is developed. Correction of all strokes is continued. Streamlining, distance, push offs and turns are developed. Short training fins, goggles, bathing cap and drink bottles are required for this level. 45 minute session.

We recommend two lessons a week for your child's further development.

We offer swimming lessons from 3 months Stroke Development, Junior Squads, Adult Lessons and Training Squads. Our services also include swimming lessons for special needs and we offer private lessons as well.

Our AUSTSWIM accredited swimming instructors are warm, friendly and patient with children.
