Forrest Training courses are presented by qualified professional trainers and consist of a combination of trainer presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on practical sessions in which participants complete practical, work-related exercises to reinforce the topics covered. Most courses are delivered over a two week period, eg two consecutive Mondays. This allows for practice between learning sessions.
