doMore was our original passion project born out of the desire to help connect people wanting to learn something new with experts that could teach them over 10 years ago.

Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution.

doMore.com.au also served to teach us about how to help measure and improve business performance and inspired the launch and growth of two other companies as a result, one of which we've decided to dedicate our resources and energy to making great.

Each Beginners Course offers a foundation and understanding of yoga principles such as how to link the body to the breath and the mind. You will gain better core strength and postural awareness through a series of poses (asanas), designed to improve your cardio vascular fitness and general well being.

Cool and soothing breathing techniques are also taught allowing the body to access deeper states of relaxation and meditation.

Beginners courses are also suitable for advanced students wishing to work on their foundation technique.

Beginners courses are offered at Beginners Level 1. Students are expected to have completed two Beginners Level 1 courses or have equivalent experience before undertaking a Level 2 course. Level 2 Courses offer a deeper level of practice and understanding of breathing techniques.

Dancing Warrior Yoga balances the body and mind through the energy of motion and the heart of self realization

At the centre of this practice lies the courage of the warrior - one who fears not to stand alone in displeasure or delight and dance with the greater Self.

Company founder, Mathew Bergan, enjoyed a professional career in dance and choreography throughout the eighties and nineties; he then turned to Hatha yoga in 1990. He has devised a style for those that have yoga on their mind and movement in their bones. His style fuses the kinetic qualities of movement with the muscular/skeletal foundations of Hatha yoga and cyclic breathing.

"When we move our bodies stillness of the mind becomes possible. When we recognise the dynamic in the harmonic we experience the healing and transformative effects of stillness. An energy shifter, a physical sculptor, and a soul guide, the Dancing Warrior playfully contributes to the alchemy of contemporary yoga", Mathew Bergan.

Dancing Warrior was established in 1999, and has operates from our studio in St Peters. We also offer Corporate Yoga and Pilates programs to the business sector.
