doMore was our original passion project born out of the desire to help connect people wanting to learn something new with experts that could teach them over 10 years ago.

Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution.

doMore.com.au also served to teach us about how to help measure and improve business performance and inspired the launch and growth of two other companies as a result, one of which we've decided to dedicate our resources and energy to making great.

Core Candy Barre is a fun and vivacious class designed to strengthen, tone and balance the whole body, as well as increase your flexibility. Our method consists of highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises that focus on your core, arms, seat, legs and thighs, followed by stretching to lengthen out your worked muscles. We draw elements from ballet, Pilates, and cardio dance, all set to popular and energetic music. Integrated into each class is the use of light weights, therabands, small balls and of course the ballet barre. This is a fitness class - dance experience is not necessary! You'll walk out after this class with a skip in your step, glistening brow and the upstanding posture of a trained dancer. And to top it all off, it's all weight bearing exercise which means we use our own body weight to achieve long muscles as well as keep our bones strong!

Core Candy is a chic boutique fitness studio located in Prahran/South Yarra. Core Candy offers group Pilates, Barre, Yoga and HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes that focus on core conditioning through flexibility, strength and cardio training.Barre (Ballet Barre workout): The Core Candy Barre class draws elements from ballet, Pilates and cardio dance, all set to popular and energetic music. Integrated into each class is the use of the ballet barre, light weights, therabands and other equipment. You'll walk out after this class with a skip in your step, glistening brow and the upstanding posture of a Ballerina.Accelerate (HIIT): Accelerate is Core Candy's signature high intensity interval training workout class. This class consists of quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by active recovery which gets your heart pumping, boosts your metabolism and burns calories for many hours after you've left the studio. Accelerate incorporates cardiovascular and strength training with the use of springs, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands and your own body weight. Pilates: Pilates has long been a favourite with dancers and celebrities. Pilates develops strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and muscular endurance in the whole body. Core Candy offers classical Pilates mat and Pilates springboard classes. The springboard class incorporates the spring side of the Cadillac, fixed to the wall, and other fun props. A strong core is essential to any movement.Yoga: Our vinyasa power flow classes focus on building and developing concentration, body awareness, physical coordination, balance and strength.  Using your breath to inspire your movement and calm your mind, you will leave feeling powerful, rejuvenated and inspired.
