doMore was our original passion project born out of the desire to help connect people wanting to learn something new with experts that could teach them over 10 years ago.

Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution.

doMore.com.au also served to teach us about how to help measure and improve business performance and inspired the launch and growth of two other companies as a result, one of which we've decided to dedicate our resources and energy to making great.

Delicious Italian's mission is to provide you with the best understanding and in-depth knowledge of Italian Regional Cuisine. During our classes, you will learn authentic Italian recipes (as are cooked in Italy) rather than modified or improvised ones. We offer you an overview of the dishes from an historical point view as well as a nutritional one. Our chefs are born, raised and trained in Italy to ensure you with the most authentic of experiences. We offer hands on classes and demonstrations.
Andrea Montefusco is the founder of Delicious Italian and has more than 20 years of experience in Italian Cuisine. He trained in Naples, Italy and graduated at the prestigious Duke Ippolito Cavalcanti cooking school and worked in Italy as a chef for over 10 years across many regions around the Italian peninsula. His passion for and his expertise in Italian Cuisine allowed him to work in 4 different continents in structures ranging from city hotels to tropical resorts to exclusive mountain chalets. Andrea has a wealth of knowledge in nutrition and food chemistry which he loves to share during his cooking classes.Currently provides food consultancy to well known food brands and can be often seen in media events and live cooking shows across the country. Andrea is also resident-chef at the popular LG kitchen at the South Melbourne Market in South Melbourne.
