Our personal training revolves around a 4 week commitment. In addition to your training regime, we take a holistic approach to your health and fitness, by focussing on the following key elements each week:

* Week 4: Your measurements and progress

We believe that the only way to successfully change your fitness, strength, health and lifestyle is to make a strong commitment.

How many times have you joined a gym for a year and not gone for more than half of the time you paid for?

Unlike the big fitness centres we actually care about you reaching your goals and the only way to do this is to make training part of your regular routine.

So, whether it is personal training or group classes our trainers ask you for a minimum 4-week commitment.

Before you commit we offer you a complimentary first session to allow you to test the waters.

If you are keen to participate both you and our trainers draw up a 4-week training contract to help you achieve those goals.
