Thank you from doMore

I'd like to thank you for being involved in the doMore.com.au community and the team and I hope that you've received value from being a part of it.

doMore was our original passion project born out of the desire to help connect people wanting to learn something new with experts that could teach them over 10 years ago.

Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution.

doMore.com.au also served to teach us about how to help measure and improve business performance and inspired the launch and growth of two other companies as a result, one of which we've decided to dedicate our resources and energy to making great.

We'll be switching the site off on Tuesday 31st of July. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly on [email protected].

Thanks again and good luck with your teaching endeavours in the future.

Warm regards,

The doMore team.

HotHouse Theatre enriches Australian contemporary theatre practice from a position of regional strength.

Based in Albury-Wodonga (on the NSW/Victorian border), the company offers an annual subscription season of 5 or more new works at its performance home (The Hume Building Society Butter Factory Theatre, Wodonga), tours regionally and nationally, operates a Drama School and technical theatre training program for young people, commissions leading Australian playwrights, and runs the national artist residency program, A Month in the Country.

The Company's work has received significant recognition in recent years including AWGIES, Deadlys, Helpmann Awards, the Patrick White Playwright's Award, Premier's Literary Awards, and the Wal Cherry Play of the Year.

The company's purpose is to enable great artists to make great work that places a regional voice on the national stage, brings a national voice to the regional stage and gives value to the local voice in the creative conversation.

The HotHouse Theatre Artistic Directorate has determined the following artistic principles for company programming in 2009-2011. The Directorate will:

Interact with a community of artists to create a body of new work relevant to contemporary Australia through various methods including, but not limited to, commissioning, producing, co-producing, investing, presenting, and curating models

Provide flexible support mechanisms to artists in order to maximise their success in the creation of new work for our company

Program work that educates and extends our audience's experiences of diverse theatrical forms

Bring artistic experience, knowledge and networks from all over Australia to contribute to national art-form development and dialogue, thus furthering our position of regional strength; and

Explore meaningful and artistically rigorous interaction with our local community.
