In this line of work, students will learn to deal with personal care and must be able to demonstrate compassion and empathy towards others.

AETS prides itself on assisting students’ employability and work readiness and nurtures them through pre-employment training. The course will also boost your confidence to attend job interviews and improve your resume by highlighting a nationally recognised qualification.

Potential employment outcomes include:

- Personal Care Assistant
- Community Care Worker
- Disability Service Worker
- Nursing Assistant
- Field Officer

This course is ideal for you if you are an early school leaver and not currently pursuing higher education or may not have a clear idea of your career pathway. You could also benefit from this course if you are looking at returning to the workforce.

AETS supports and guides students through a Certificate III in Aged Care. On successful completion, AETS will give students the opportunity to apply for an entry-level Certificate III Traineeship with one of our carefully selected employers.

AETS has a pool of hundreds of employers seeking staff, and we present students as quality candidates holding a nationally recognised Certificate III qualification.
