doMore was our original passion project born out of the desire to help connect people wanting to learn something new with experts that could teach them over 10 years ago.

Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution.

doMore.com.au also served to teach us about how to help measure and improve business performance and inspired the launch and growth of two other companies as a result, one of which we've decided to dedicate our resources and energy to making great.

Clinical Pilates Floor Classes and Feldenkrais Classes

Clinical Pilates Level 1 Floor Classes (Beginners) are suitable for those who need to work on strength and stability, relieve pain and improve flexibility. Great for improving posture and for learning to activate the 'core' muscles which stabilise the spine hips and shoulders. Partipants learn the main principles of Pilates and are coached in the basic techniques by an experienced Pilates Physiotherapist. Once you can consistently demonstrate correct technique, light weights may be added to increase your workload. There are 6 to 12 participants in each class and individual feedback is given, with opportunities to ask questions. An individual assessment is recommended prior to commencing, especially for those that are interested in rehabilitation from a pain or movement problem.

The Level 2 Floor Classes are an introduction to using a Fitball to perform basic stretching, strengthening and core muscle balance and stability exercises. This allows you to take move to the next level of rehabilitation if you are recovering from an injury or managing a long term pain condition. The classes move slowly enough to keep you safe, but provide some new challenges, as the ball creates an unstable surface on which to exercise.

The Level 3 class is the most challenging of the Free2move floor classes. Assuming that you now have any pain problem well under control, this class provides a harder and faster workout for the whole body, while keeping you safe and helping to prevent injury recurrence.

Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Classes are an opportunity to learn more about your posture and movement. They help you uncover old and unhelpful habits which interfere with easy natural movement and help you create a wider range of more efficient movements and postures. These classes are a journey of self-discovery for more people. As your body awareness grows and your pain and tension decrease many people experience a sense of ease and lightness that lead to a greater enjoyment of life.

Each week in the Feldenkrais classes we explore a different movement theme, such as getting up and down from the floor more lightly and gracefully, lifting loads with ease or sitting at the computer without strain. Many lessons are done lying down on floor mats. By paying close attention to how you move, the quality of movement and the way each part of the body connect to the whole, movement becomes easier and more enjoyable.
