At LMB we encourage the athletes to express their dreams and goals, and to sprint after their goals. The truth is, there are only so many ways to do a drill. Every trainer out there worth their weight in gold , knows the fundamentals of preparing an athlete physically. Gary Odewahn, the owner, is a result driven trainer. He trains individuals for normal personal training all the way to performance enhancement training for athletes. Gary has been training/coaching both up and coming athletes and coaches with great success. Gary’s background in sport started back in 1995 as a swimmer which quickly took him to Australian Open National Level. It's this training/competition background that has given Gary the ability to produce result with every individual he trains.

Gary himself trains for a variety of sports predominantly swimming but also running, triathlon, cycling and weights which allows for a comprehensive knowledge and the hands-on experience that speeds up your fitness achievements.

Life Mind + Body was created as a result of this, there were was an amazing amount of potential that was untapped in the fitness industry and in the sporting environment. The experience that Gary has acquired over more than 10 years of training and being coached is amazing, he knows the highs/lows that people experience when training, he knows about injuries and he knows his clients most importantly.
