Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution.

doMore.com.au also served to teach us about how to help measure and improve business performance and inspired the launch and growth of two other companies as a result, one of which we've decided to dedicate our resources and energy to making great.

Part 2 - Sail theory; shaping and trimming; weather and wind
Part 3 - Tide and waves; safety; anchoring
Part 4 - Right of way; lights and buoyage; compass theory
Part 5 - Basic navigation
Part 6 - Examination

An Assessment paper for each Part is completed and returned for marking.

The attainment levels for the Inshore/Coastal Skipper Shorebased Course Certificate theory component are
Up to 60% Introductory
60% to 74% Competent Crew
over 75% Inshore Skipper

As Sail by Mail is an Australian Yachting Federation (AYF) recognised Training Establishment all endorsements are fully recognised. The level you achieve will be endorsed in your AYF TL 4 logbook.

Also the school is a member of the International Sailing Schools Association (ISSA) and endorsements have worldwide credibility.

Course material either comes in a manual or in parts, which build into a comprehensive manual, which you retain as a reference book.
