Up to 1 of the 9 elective units may be chosen from Certificate III level and up to 2 of the 9 elective units may be chosen from Diploma level
Up to 3 of the 9 elective units may be selected from other endorsed Training Packages in accordance with other packaging guidelines for this qualification.

Assessment
Assessment will be comprised of use of either assignments, discussion (question and answer and role plays), on the job practical experience, workbook q+a and tests where a minimum 60% pass mark is required, CV (RPL), references (RPL), role play and/or simulation, research, projects, interview and case studies etc or a combination of the above dependant upon the applicants situation.
Each unit workbook has formative and summative questions and assignments, all must be completed satisfactorily and submitted for the candidate to be assessed as competent.
