This Food Safety Supervisor course (knowledge component) meets statutory requirements for local government authorities. Participants will gain statement of attainment once they complete knowledge component in the classroom AND workplace assessment. PLEASE NOTE: Workplace Assessments are conducted at student's workplace and can be arranged once student completes classroom training. Workplace Assessments are only conducted in the Melbourne Metropolitan Area and course cost does not include $150 for Workplace Assessment. Please call to make an appointment for Assessment.

On completion of knowledge component AND Workplace Assessment students will gain statement of attainment for competency codes SITXFSA001A, SIRRFSA002A, HLTFS309B, HLTFS310B and FDFCORFSY2A.
Prerequisite: Apply Basic Food Safety or equivalent.
