doMore was our original passion project born out of the desire to help connect people wanting to learn something new with experts that could teach them over 10 years ago.

Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution.

doMore.com.au also served to teach us about how to help measure and improve business performance and inspired the launch and growth of two other companies as a result, one of which we've decided to dedicate our resources and energy to making great.

Sally Polmear is an experienced teacher who has been practising and teaching meditation for more than ten years. She has run meditation courses in a variety of settings including teaching at the National Australia Bank, VicHealth, Bush Heritage, for the general public, and also providing individual meditation consultations.

Sally trained as a general nurse. She also worked as a secondary teacher, and taught creative dance for several years. She has completed yoga and meditation teacher training.

"I have always been interested in quiet reflection and over many years have attended numerous meditation retreats, at Taizé Christian Community, France and more recently under the leadership of Buddhist teachers".

Sally is grateful to the various teachers who have passed on the techniques that have had such a positive influence in her life.
