doMore was our original passion project born out of the desire to help connect people wanting to learn something new with experts that could teach them over 10 years ago.

Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution. also served to teach us about how to help measure and improve business performance and inspired the launch and growth of two other companies as a result, one of which we've decided to dedicate our resources and energy to making great.

The dishes on on the menu include : Fresh sardines baked and filled with pine nuts and herbs; Calamari filled and baked with white wine and tomato sauce; whole Atlantic Salmon baked in a salt crust and hand made Linguine with spicy seafood sauce.

Cooking Classes Melbourne - Hands-on, Italian cooking

Whether you love to cook or just enjoy sharing food and wine, classes at 'Cooking ~ the Italian Way' are all the fun of creating classic Italian dishes followed by lunch and a glass of wine.

Pauline Leonard's love of cooking and passion for the best seasonal produce and ingredients, along with her enthusiasm for all things Italian, have been the inspiration for cooking classes which are lighthearted and designed to challenge experienced cooks and to thoroughly entertain the novices.

Cooking Classes

The classes are kept to a small group, so that everyone has a chance to be fully involved in preparing the dishes, whether its chopping or kneading or rolling the dough through the pasta machine.

Vegetarian alternatives are always available for the classes and with some notice, any dietary requirements can easily be catered for as well.

Aprons, recipe booklets and all equipment are provided along with a lovely glass of Italian wine.
