The Diplomas will provide the skill and knowledge base required to perform effectively
as a Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor managing a workplace.

These courses are especially designed for people who are employed or seeking to be
employed in managerial or team leader roles. They provide a knowledge base and
managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate own work and/or the work
of a team.

PATHWAYS FROM THE QUALIFICATION

After achieving the BSB51107 Diploma of Management, candidates may undertake the BSB60201 Advanced Diploma of Management, or a range of other Advanced Diploma qualifications and Bachelor of Management or Bachelor of Business Administration.

If you have just started on a career path and wish to develop supervisory level skills first,
then the Certificate IV in Business is a more suitable qualification to begin with.
