We encourage home baristas, people who are just interested in coffee, budding baristas and professional baristas. Our classes are hands-on and intensive though definitely not froth and giggle so be prepared to learn a lot and use commercial espresso machines. We do have domestic espresso machines in our venues that participants can use if they prefer or they are welcome to bring their own in.
-Class sizes are strictly limited to 10 people as we have a policy of every participant getting their own part of the machine/grinder to work on. (We have no lining up for machines as other coffee schools have. We maximise participation time!).Bookings in advance are essential.
-No need to bring anything except paper to write on if you want to. Just arrive 10 minutes before the course (so we have time to make everyone a coffee before you start!) and please wear closed shoes.
