The course is practical in approach, with each lesson comprising:

Stress busters – quick and effective ways for you to reduce stress
Body scanning – to identify where you hold tension
A variety of meditations, including focusing on the breath and body, visual and movement meditations, affirmations and creative visualisation.

Beginners Meditation is suitable for adults and teenagers.

Course notes are provided weekly. They include information on meditation principles, understanding stress and strategies to ease a busy mind.
