Thank you from doMore

I'd like to thank you for being involved in the doMore.com.au community and the team and I hope that you've received value from being a part of it.

doMore was our original passion project born out of the desire to help connect people wanting to learn something new with experts that could teach them over 10 years ago.

Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution.

doMore.com.au also served to teach us about how to help measure and improve business performance and inspired the launch and growth of two other companies as a result, one of which we've decided to dedicate our resources and energy to making great.

We'll be switching the site off on Tuesday 31st of July. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly on [email protected].

Thanks again and good luck with your teaching endeavours in the future.

Warm regards,

The doMore team.

                March 2011
Dear Readers, welcome to the very first u-central monthly words of encouragement. Each month the focus of our   words of encouragement will be on YOU. Here at u-central we believe that it is all up to you because life is literally all about you. Your life is at the centre of the universe which revolves around you. If you can, take a moment to close your eyes, and visualise yourself standing on a rock in the middle of the...

What you give you receive - building foundations for wonderful relationships

Posted by Debra Clayton on June 05, 2011

Dear Readers,
It is my pleasure to be writing the second edition of u-central news. Last month we talked about – “No more excuses” this was our very first issue and introduction to the concept of you being the centre of the universe. I truly hope you were successful in implementing some or all of the strategies and I would love to hear your stories, please email them to [email protected]
This month we continue to emphasise that “It is up to you”! The aim is to enlighten you on how to claim back responsibility and build relationships that are wonderful, exciting, supportive and loving. As I write this there are only a few days left till Easter. Traditionally Easter is a celebration of miracles, re-birth and forgiveness. How often do you really consider this when you celebrate Easter? This is the perfect time to implement some positive programming in your life to create miracles, re-birth and forgiveness in your relationships.
Consider what your relationships are like, do they all contain the following positive elements? Are they all: loving, appreciative, supportive, encouraging, non-judgmental, strong, healthy, open, communicative, nurturing, harmonious and reciprocal?
If they are then congratulations! You are truly blessed with the insight of how to positively program your relationships. Putting it simply you are receiving what you give and it is all good. If...

Hello again, what a busy month it has been for me. It is very exciting and I hope to see many of you there. I hope you had an exciting month too and were able to implement some of the suggestions from last month when we talked about what you give you receive and building foundations for great relationships. Please do email me at [email protected] with any comments, feedback or stories you may have I would absolutely love to hear from you.
This month I wanted to explore the reasons why we think the way we think. As individuals we all have different genetics, outside influences and experiences however how come there are so many of us that think in the same...

So why do you think the way you think? The Aah Haa moment

Posted by Debra Clayton on June 07, 2011

Issue 4
JUNE 2011
Hello again, I can hardly believe the momentum that is building up this year. We are now almost half way through 2011. There just seems like so much more to get through before we reach the pinnacle at the end of the year, and prepare again for a new year. Last month we explored why you think the way you think and I left it with you to investigate why it is you have come to think this way. I wonder what you came up with?
I wonder if you discovered that there were one or two of those thinking patterns that you frequently engage in and now that you are able to identify them if you are able to begin starting to challenge them when they occur in your mind. Here are some strategies you can use:
·         For black and...
