Private Training - where small groups of no more than six (and as few as two) essentially share the attention of the Health Coach whilst still carrying out their own completely individualised workout. More cost effective. A bit more vibrant and dynamic. You can form your own group or we can place you in one. Scheduling can be more flexible too!

All clients undergo an obligation free, hour long assessment where both current physiological status and, more importantly, specific and realistic goals are established so progress can be monitored and measured along the way.

In other words, training with f.i.t is not only about huffing and puffing and lifting those weights. Equally, clients receive help with realistic nutritional advice as well as advice on improving self-motivation and discipline. All with a view to empowering our clients to successfully achieve an ongoing healthier (and therefore happier) lifestyle! It really works!
