Getting to grips with weight management is a tough journey. To set your goals and chart your progress you have to measure your current state and keep measuring.
Measurements, like BMI, hip to waist ratio and girth measurements, along with before and after photos and body fat percentages, and scales, are the most commonly used measuring tools.
