The class covers the do's & dont's of stocks and making real egg mayonnaise through to the classic sauces such as béarnaise and that favourite of many an eggs benedict fan "hollandaise". Class includes morning tea on arrival, lunch & beverages, apron, tea towel & recipe folder.
