With years of experinece in various dance styles we offer a range of classes such as; Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Funk, Ballet, Creative Kinder dance. Our aim is for FUN & FITNESS for all ages from 2 year olds to adult.

NEW!
Zumba® is a new fitness workout which has been developed in America and is hitting the world by storm. It is fun and helps you burn calories. Zumba® is a great style where we can incorporate our own flare and it can be altered to suit beginners to advanced, males and females and various age groups!

All classes begin with a gentle stretch; you learn some basic steps and then develop them into the combinations and routines whilst getting your heart pumping. Finally a cool down stretch is just what your body ordered.

Come and exercise by yourself, in a group, bring your friends work with our supporting staff. You may choose to attend one session a week or for those that are looking for more attend two or three sessions a week the choice is yours.

Zumba® with your bub, they can sit or sleep in their pram up the back of our studio or lye on a mat close to you while you Zumba® We understand it is hard to do a fitness class now that a baby is in your life so bring them along. We understand if you need a second to bob down and put a dummy in or talk to them while you jig! Call Tanya to discuss Parent classes.
