doMore was our original passion project born out of the desire to help connect people wanting to learn something new with experts that could teach them over 10 years ago.

Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution.

doMore.com.au also served to teach us about how to help measure and improve business performance and inspired the launch and growth of two other companies as a result, one of which we've decided to dedicate our resources and energy to making great.

* Prepared for and conducted a performance review;
* Practised the giving of constructive feedback;
* Understood factors that may inhibit performance;
* Practised approaches to managing substandard performance; and
* Examined methods of monitoring performance;
* Developed a plan for recognising and rewarding performance excellence;
* Developed an employee or team performance management plan with specific tasks,
timeframes and evaluation.

Training Methodology

This is a highly interactive and practical program in which participants will:

* Discover systems, methods and techniques that work successfully.
* Establish and analyse their own management style.
* Relate the above to their personal work situations.
* Discuss and practice key skills with other participants.
* Carry out a performance review interview.
* Get feedback from interviewees.
* Record their learning.

Presenter

John Scotland consistently demonstrates why he is in demand to lead courses aimed at personal and organisational development. For more than 15 years John has assisted leaders and their teams to manage change and enhance performance through improved attitudes, innovation and communication. He is an accomplished educator, facilitator, coach and speaker who engages with his audience in ways that amplify the learning experience. John is the Principal Consultant with the Applied Innovation Centre.
