What is person centred care?

Aged care is the fastest growing industry in Australia today. Older adults are increasing in number from 12% of the population to 24% by year 2040.

We are committed to the psychological wellbeing of our elders and use the most up to date scientific evidence for quality care in designing best practice interventions for carers in aged residential care, home-based and hospital settings.

You will find our values based in the person centred approach for caring for people living with dementia and we apply this philosophy in our training, EAP, complaints management, dementia consulting, newsletters and therapy.

We value respect for the person regardless of their ability or disability. This is core to our approach to our elders and those who care for them.
