About us

Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty - Odyssey Academy

I have enormous difficulty to condensate a brief history of Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty in a few paragraphs, since there is truly so much to say. I ask for the reader’s indulgence if I missed something or forgot to mention someone.

Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty was founded by Josephine Scarfone & Dung Le. While Josephine is a fine competitor, qualifieed Educator, Beauty Therapist, Hairdresser, Dung Le is a very successful business owner (Odyssey Nails, Hollywood Nails, Diamond Nails and Le Nails).
It was the professional partnership and the personal friendship between Dung Le and Josephine that has made possible to bring the finest nail training system to students in Australia. It is the system that Josephine has nicknamed “no fail technique”.

Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty had soon become the finest Nail Academy in Australia, training thousands of students that have successfully become business owners or marvellous competitors. Some of them now own a salon in their own native countries.

However, they felt the need to expand their horizons and put to the test the capacity of Josephine.

Melbourne Institute of Nails and Beauty then partnered with Le Beauty, owned by Hoang Le.
In addition, they expanded their training to beauty and make up and now hairdressing.

All this represents a guarantee for future students. In fact MIONAB programs are tested in the real business world and are developed with an aim in mind: your success in the industry. It is a simple equation: your success is the institute’s success; But that's not all:

1. 97% of the students graduated find a job within one month from completion of their course.

2. Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty is partner in 38 salons around Melbourne, so that finding a job could be a reality for our students.

3. The salons and our franchise system is constantly growing. At the time of writing the group has opened 42 salons and is going to open the first Odyssey Nail Hair and Beauty in Docklands, Melbourne.

More are to come in the near future.

It is quite clear that Melbourne Institute of Nails & Beauty has positioned itself amongst the very few excellent school in Australia. It is also quite clear that by the time you will read these lines, they will be already superseded.
