The final decision as to when a student is ready to partake is decided by the teachers. Classical ballet training provides the ground work for all forms of dance and is highly recommended, especially in the early years, if you wish to achieve your full potential as a dancer in any code of dance.

We expect every student to dance to the best of their ability. For one student that may mean just getting through a class without falling over, for another it may mean working towards a career as a professional dancer. In order to achieve this, students are required to be committed and dedicated, demonstrated by motivated and enthusiastic behaviour in classes and regular, punctual attendance. Ultimately that means that parents must be supportive and encouraging. A dancer that has their parents' support, a good attitude in class and regular attendance will achieve excellent results. Students are encouraged to take examinations, perform in concerts, competitions and community performances. This may mean extra rehearsals. It is possible to attend only one class a week or, if you wish, your child can attend multiple classes.
