The classes are both demonstration and hands on and cover an interesting two part wine tutorial match to lunch. The tutorials include all ingredients, wine tasting, salads and spring water and a fantastic meal to celebrate together. Course included professional chef tutorial, all food, light refreshments, 2 wine tastings and course notes that include all recipes
