Hi Karen,

yes we do have tutors for Mac computers and Microsoft office.

The next round starts on Friday 19th of October at 3pm.
We care based within Daptoi Ribbonwood centre in Dapto, 93-109 Princes Highway, Dapto NSW 2530.
Our classes go for 8 weeks. and the cost is $60, of which 10 is enrollment fee and 50 payable to the tutor at the commencement of the course.

The only requirement is that you will need to bring your Apple Mac lap top with you as the lab computers run on Microsoft.

Please advise if you are interested in attending beforehand.

Hi Karen

I wish these requests would show location

Anyway, be wary of learning Word for Windows since many principles are the same, but certain features are different, better, worse or missing

If your needs are simple I would recommend that you use the much cheaper 'Pages' app from Apple themselves.

It is easier to use and easier to learn (for example: a novice can learn how to do a mail merge in about two minutes flat - once they understand what a mail merge is of course)

If you purchased your Mac with Applecare then Apple will actually offer you a lot of support as part of their Applecare program provided you are using Apple Software
(3 months of Applecare is included from date of purchase)

If you happen to live in SA I would encourage you to get in touch for some empathetic, compassionate advice and tuition

We have expert tutors for Microsoft Office, experienced in Office 2003, 2007, and 2010. They have some familiarity with Office 2011 for the mac - it isn't too different from the PC versions - particularly 2010.

What is it that you want to learn?

No, but I believe that the versions are fairly similar anyway.

At $25 for a month of unlimited access to our training courses, you would still be able to learn the vast majority about whichever application you wanted to.

Kind regards,
