Gain confidence in the kitchen and master the basics of cooking in no time. Classes consist of progressive demonstrations and student participation in preparing and cooking foods such as soups, meats, fruit, vegetables, cakes, pastries and desserts. Samples of food are eaten in class and include all ingredients. Recipes and class notes are provided.
