Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution.

Content

Develop keyboarding speed and accuracy – BSBITU307 – Core:
Accurate and quick keyboard skills are a requirement in most administrative roles. This unit develops the speed and accuracy skills using touch typing techniques.

Contribute to health and safety - BSBWHS201 – Core:
There is a huge emphasis on effective Work Health and Safety within workplaces and this unit will provide the skills and knowledge required to participate in workplace occupational health and safety processes to protect workers own health and safety, and that of others.

Organise personal and work priorities and development - BSBWOR301 – Elective:
This unit builds the skills and knowledge required to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and deal with the pressures of deadlines and other pressing work situations.

Write simple documents – BSBWRT301 – Elective:
This unit describes the performance outcomes, knowledge & skills required to plan, draft, review and prepare final text and produce documents of some complexity.

Organise schedules – BSBADM307 – Elective:
This unit will assist you to manage appointments and diaries for personnel within an organisation, using manual and electronic diaries, schedules and other appointment systems.

Deliver and monitor a service to customers – BSBCUS301 – Elective:
This unit will identify customer needs and monitor service provided to customers.

Organise meetings - BSBADM405 – Elective:
This unit will provide the skills and knowledge required to organise meetings including making arrangements, liasing with participants and developing meeting related documentation.

Process accounts payable and receivable – BSBFIA303 – Elective:
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to maintain accounts payable and receivable records, including processing payments to creditors and handling overdue accounts receivable.

Design and produce business documents – BSBITU306- Elective:
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to design and produce various business documents and publications. It includes selecting and using a range of functions on a variety of computer applications, in particular MS Word.

Design and produce text documents BSBITU303- Elective:
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to design and develop predominately text based documents using advanced features of word processing software (MS Word).

Create electronic presentations – BSBITU302 – Elective:
After completing this unit you will have the skills and knowledge to design and produce electronic presentations for speakers, self access and online access.

Produce spreadsheets – BSBITU304 – Elective:
Learn to use spreadsheet software to develop, navigate and use business spreadsheets.

Produce desktop published documents – BSBITU309 – Elective:
This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to design and produce desktop published documents.
