doMore was our original passion project born out of the desire to help connect people wanting to learn something new with experts that could teach them over 10 years ago.

Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution.

doMore.com.au also served to teach us about how to help measure and improve business performance and inspired the launch and growth of two other companies as a result, one of which we've decided to dedicate our resources and energy to making great.

Material
All ingredients and ustensils, will be provided by "Chateau Cuisine". In addition all students will be given the recipe in English. Students need to bring an apron, pen and notebook.

Sandra Bernard came to Australia 6 years ago, leaving behind her native Lausanne, a small city by the lake Geneva in Switzerland. Married to a French man, 2 children born here in Australia, she has maintained her strong link with France and Switzerland, its traditions, languages and culture (especially cheese and chocolate!!). She has a passion for food since her young age and love eating food from all around the world but the French cuisine, with sometimes a touch of the Swiss Alps, is the main one you will find in her family home.
When she came here in Australia, she worked as a chef in a French cafe. Everyday, her passion for food grew bigger and she wanted to share her excitement in the art of French cooking. Sandra takes pride in ensuring student’s cooking experience is ‘a hands on experience’, this allows students to replicate the dishes at home. Sandra invites you on a French journey to experience the true taste of French home style cooking. You will experience some wonderful cooking of dishes with new techniques as well as Chefs' secrets as she incorporates her gourmet cuisine with a new personal twist. The inspiration of the cuisine in all the classes comes from an appreciation of the French regions with taking each season into account.
