Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution.

Qualifying criteria
Three out of the last five years in the Finance/Mortgage Broking industry – dealing with complex loan applications. Note that you must provide your Resume supporting your application for recognition of prior learning and the respective performance criteria outlined within the RPL application pack.

Hold a Certificate IV in Finance/Mortgage Broking FNS40810. Note that you must provide a copy of your Certificate along with a copy of your statement of attainment detailing the units of competency achieved supporting your application for recognition of prior learning.

5 Steps to completing the application pack

Step 1 - Completion of RPL application form
Step 2 - Third party sign-off testimonial - Provide a testimonial from an experienced and recognisable Mortgage professional, confirming your work history for the past five years.
Step 3 - Completion of National Recognition Form (to cover existing Cert IV units of competency)
Step 4 - Completion of assessment tasks:
Task 1: Undertake risk identification and assess risks assessment
Task 2: Marketing Plan
Task 3: Complex broking options - Submit a complex client loan file using your in-house documentation.
Step 5 - Upload RPL application pack and all supporting documentation via AAMC members area directly to AAMC assessor
