AusTech Workplace Training Institute (AusTech) is a dynamic Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in the design and delivery of Enterprise Improvement Solutions via customised and nationally accredited training programs.

We are comprised of an extensive network of Industry Specialist Trainers and Consultants who are dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction by understanding and responding to our clients’ training needs.

AusTech provides Nationally Recognised Training as well as short courses that address skills needs/shortages within workplaces. We tailor flexible training and assessment methods to suit employees with varying levels of literacy and numeracy through adaptation of Verbal, Observation and Demonstration techniques in favour of the traditional written / academic style of training delivery.

Our courses are designed to be motivational and fun as well as educational and promote all the essential elements of workplace training, including: Team Work, Continuous Improvement and Hazard Awareness & Control.

Together with you, we uncover where the need for improvement lies within your business, then AusTech designs and delivers a tailored program for your staff ensuring all of your requirements are met.

Competency based workplace traineeships ensure trainees are equipped with the knowledge essential not only to their everyday work, but are also Skilled for the Future. The objective is to ensure your business maintains a competitive advantage going forward.

The Australian National Training Authority, Department of Education and Training (VIC), and the Office of Training and Tertiary Education (OTTE) approve our Nationally Recognised Training programs.

Government Funding for Workplace Training is available to eligible companies and employees. AusTech can arrange for an Australian Apprenticeships Centre to assist company’s access such funding.
