Thank you from doMore

I'd like to thank you for being involved in the community and the team and I hope that you've received value from being a part of it.

doMore was our original passion project born out of the desire to help connect people wanting to learn something new with experts that could teach them over 10 years ago.

Over the years we have helped almost 70,000 learners connect with one of over 1,500 courses and providers, across the country. For that, we're very proud and grateful for your contribution. also served to teach us about how to help measure and improve business performance and inspired the launch and growth of two other companies as a result, one of which we've decided to dedicate our resources and energy to making great.

We'll be switching the site off on Tuesday 31st of July. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly on [email protected].

Thanks again and good luck with your teaching endeavours in the future.

Warm regards,

The doMore team.

Welcome to Our Club!

Welcome to the Altona Civic Obedience Dog Club (ACODC) website. ACODC has been operating for more than 40 years in the Altona area. We provide all levels of obedience training from basic beginners up to trial standards.
Whether you have just brought home a new puppy or need to teach an old dog some new tricks we can help.

About Us

The Altona Civic Obedience Dog Club (ACODC) was founded in 1968 and has served the Owners and Dogs of Altona and surrounding suburbs for over 40 years.

The ACODC offers members the opportunity to train their dogs to be well mannered, socialized and happy dogs. All levels of Obedience are offered as well as Agility & Flyball which are enjoyed by dogs and handlers alike. Flyball classes will be introduced depending on demand.

We have many Instructors to help you get the best from your dog. If trialling or competition interests you, just ask your Instructor and we will be only too happy to help you with your questions and training in this regard.

There are social events and Club Competition days held throughout the year and by joining ACODC you are sure to make new friends.

You can become a financial member of the Club by paying a once-off joining fee and an annual training fee. We also offer joint memberships for couples and an age pensioner membership. Our financial year runs from 1st November to 31st October.
The fees entitle you to all the expertise that the club has to offer and there are no on-going charges.

All club members level one and higher have the option to train their dogs two days a week. Sunday morning and a Wednesday Night under lights at our club grounds.

The Club also accepts Junior Handlers aged between 12 - 16, however, a parent or guardian must remain with the Junior handler up until the age of 18, while they attend class.
